Halal Malaysia or HALMAS is a special status to the Halal Park Operators who comply with the requirements under the HDC Designated Halal Park Development Guidelines. It is also a mark of world-class halal park status for the achievement that are of the highest quality, integrity and consumption safety standard. With the HALMAS status in Selangor Halal Hub Pulau Indah, the Industrial Players here will enjoy incentives provided by HDC. CSSB obtained the status of HALMAS from HDC on 24th March 2010.

Selangor Halal Hub Pulau Indah has obtained Designated Halal Park by Halal Industry Development Corporation Sdn. Bhd (HDC) in 2008.
HDC is a government agency under the Ministry of International Trade & Industry of Malaysia (MITI) whose operating office is based in Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

CSSB has obtained its first standard for quality management system, ISO 9001:2000 in the year 2001. To adopt to the ever changing demand of its customers, CSSB has successfully obtained ISO 9001-2008 in the year 2009. |

CSSB is a member of REHDA since 1999. REHDA represents about 60% of developers in the nation with 1,000 members. The main objective is to ensure that the interest of the developers are protected.
REHDA looks after the interest of the developers and continues to liase with the state and federal governments in order to facilitate the business environment.

CSSB is a member of FIABCI Malaysian Chapter since 2001 and was upgraded to International Corporate Ordinary Member in 2010.
FIABCI is a worldwide network whose membership is open to all professionals involved in the property industry, enabling its members to maximise their business opportunities by sharing information and contacts on local, national and international levels. Its chapters currently operate in 60 countries, with 120 professional organisations and 3500 individual professionals, its combined membership is over 1.5milions. Every real estate discipline is represented within FIABCI and its operations are spread over four principal regions - the Africa, Americas, Asia Pacific and Europe.
