Our success story began on 1st June 1994, when a consortium was formed to develop this prestigious project, Pulau Indah Industrial Park. Since then, the present consortium comprises of:-

Kumpulan Hartanah Selangor Berhad (KHSB), incorporated on 24 September 2001 is a member company of Kumpulan Darul Ehsan Berhad (KDEB). In operation since 1 April 2003, KHSB is an entity to undertake the operation of the Group's property sector inclusive of hotels and recreation business.

For future growth, KHSB will be involved in the development of other new growth areas in Selangor.
